A man, identified as David Crowe, who was arrested on Saturday, January 20 for loitering near the pop superstar's home, is arrested outside the singer's NYC home just two days later.

AceShowbiz - Taylor Swift's alleged stalker has been caught outside her New York City apartment for the second time in three days. A man, identified as David Crowe, was arrested on Monday, January 22 after visiting the singer/songwriter home again, just two days after his previous arrest.

A spokesperson for the New York Police Department confirms an arrest was made after members of the community alerted about a person of concern in the area. The suspect, who was sporting an unkempt beard and long brown hair, was reportedly wandering around the Grammy winner's home and inquiring with people whether the pop superstar lives there.

A member of Taylor's security team notified police officers who were patrolling the area, according to sources and the NYPD. The security team allegedly asked police to arrest him away from the building. Officers then witnessed David allegedly harassing multiple people.

Police took him into custody at 6 P.M. but he resisted. "They went after him on Hudson by Bubby's," one of the sources tells NY Post. "He resisted and they had to tackle him." Footage obtained by the site shows the man cuffed with his hands behind his back next to at least two uniformed officers. Authorities could later be seen attempting to escort him into the back of an NYPD vehicle.

David was eventually hauled back to the 1st Precinct station in Lower Manhattan where he was charged with two counts each of harassment and stalking. Sources say he did not try to break into Taylor's home, but was only lingering outside. He is believed to be emotionally disturbed.

David was previously arrested on Saturday after officers received a call about a "disorderly person" near Taylor's Tribeca apartment and "upon arrival were informed that the individual attempted to open a door to a building at the location."

Cops did not confirm that the man was trying to get into Taylor's property. However, a separate source claimed they saw him attempting to enter her place. The informant went on to note that they have witnessed the man scouring the neighborhood, especially around where the "Lover" songstress lives, "for a few weeks."

The man reportedly has been "sleeping on the stoop, chain-smoking constantly, shouting, and generally making everyone uncomfortable." The fellow resident said they called police "many times," but it was not until he tried to break into Taylor's house that officers finally took action.
