AceShowbiz - Reese Witherspoon's son Deacon Phillippe has drawn mixed reactions after giving a tour of his NYC apartment. While some people called him a "nepo baby" for being able to afford the West Village abode, others sang praise to him for his humbleness.

The 20-year-old, whom Reese shares with ex Ryan Phillippe, gave fans a look at his property through TikTok star Caleb Simpson's video. The clip starts with Caleb asking Deacon how much he pays for rent, to which the New York University student replied, "West Village prices, man."

Once they were inside the two-level apartment, Caleb saw a spiral spiral staircase at the center of the living room and gushed, "This is sick." He was then introduced to Deacon's two roommates before checking other parts of the building.

Some people were not too pleased to watch the video, with one writing, "Rich kids/ nepo babies LOVE to avoid mentioning their extremely wealthy parents." Another commented, "Let's not forget that his mom and dad are wealthy celebrities. He could afford the whole place if he wanted to!" A third viewer quipped, "Occupation: nepo baby."

Others, in the meantime, were impressed knowing Deacon has roommates. "Why are people being mean? He's in school. Seems humble. Has roommates. Plenty of NYU kids also come from rich families," one person opined, while a different individual wrote, "It's a nice apartment but he could have something much fancier I'm sure. He seems like a great kid!"
