The 'All the Way Up' rapper, whose real name is Joseph Antonio Cartagena, vehemently denies rumors suggesting that he found success in his music career because he was a part of the Illuminati.

AceShowbiz - Fat Joe has had enough of hearing rumors about him being a part of the Illuminati. The "All the Way Up" rapper angrily responded to the chatters during an Instagram Live over the weekend.

"Some people start makin' excuses and sayin, 'Yoo, they livin' like that 'cause they did this, they Illuminati, they signed with a cult, they did this,' " the 53-year-old began his rant. "Hello, he had to work for this s**t."

Joe, whose real name is Joseph Antonio Cartagena, went on to emphasize, "I've met everybody; I've never met the Illuminati." He then added, "So now what my theory is is you got people who're frustrated with seeing other people being successful, and they make up this thing called Illuminati."

" 'Cause you gotta be part of some s**t because you rich, you gotta be part of some s**t 'cause you got famous, you gotta be part of some s**t because 'there's no way, I've tried everything,' " the emcee concluded.

Fat Joe is not the only hip-hop artist who was hit with Illuminati rumors. Cardi B is facing the same allegation after Kanye West bashed her in a segment from an unreleased documentary that leaked online earlier this month.

"Cardi B is a plant by the Illuminati... She doesn't write her raps," the Yeezy designer continued to claim. "She's just there to sound as ignorant as possible. She's literally replaced Nicki Minaj purposely… she thinks it's a blessing from the universe, it ain't no f**king blessing."

Cardi, however, seemingly didn't care about Ye's Illuminati diss or she didn't get it. She reacted to Ye's statement by posting a clip of an interview Ye took part in last year with Hollywood Unlocked. During the interview, the "Gold Digger" spitter spoke about their collaboration with Lil Durk.

"My cousins were saying 'come by here' yesterday but I was finishing that verse for your girl, you know what I mean. Like I always believed in her, since she was on the show, period," the "Donda" artist said.

Cardi captioned the clip with a red heart emoji on X, formerly known as Twitter.
