AceShowbiz - Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann's Georgia mansion is officially put on sale amid their mounting financial woes. The estranged couple lists their luxury home in Milton, GA., for $6,000,000 while they're currently in the middle of nasty divorce.
If Kim and Kroy get their asking price, they will make a substantial profit on the property, which they bought for $880,000 back in 2012, so TMZ notes. The house boasts 7 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms and a beautiful pool in the backyard.
Built in 2008, it is located on a golf course. The home also features a heated pool, five fireplaces, a six-car garage, a full back in-law suite, a separate au pair suite, a circular driveway, a chef's kitchen and oversized island, a full-size bar and wine cellar, multiple walk-in closets, an elevator, a finished basement, an in-ground trampoline, a billiard room, an arcade room, a movie theater and a gym with a private massage room.
The house hits the market just before it's slated to enter foreclosure in November, which would mark the second time the property fell into financial straits. In legal documents filed by Kroy in September, he requested the court allow him to move forward in putting the family's Milton, Georgia mansion on the market, stating it was on the brink of foreclosure.
Back in February, Kim insisted that she's "not moving" amid reports that their home was in foreclosure. "She is telling everyone this is a misunderstanding and is being sorted out," a source told PEOPLE about "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" star at the time.
Kim and Kroy have been slapped with mounting financial issues amid their contentious divorce. The former Atlanta Falcons player first filed for divorce in May amid reports that they owe $1.1 million to the IRS in unpaid taxes, interest and penalties from 2013, 2017 and 2018. They also owe the state of Georgia $15k for unpaid taxes for 2018.
In July, they withdrew their divorce filing, but the reconciliation didn't last long. Kroy refiled for divorce from Kim in August with no intention to stay together despite their steamy nights. After Kim requested to have their divorce dismissed, claiming that they still have a lot of sex, the 38-year-old hunk stated that "the fact that he engaged in sexual relations with [Kim] does not indicate a desire to reconcile."
