This isn't the first time Rocky is accused of cheating on the Xscape singer as it was reported back in April that he fathered a baby with another woman.

AceShowbiz - LaTocha Scott's husband Rocky Bivens is hit with another cheating allegation. If a new report is to be believed, he's cheating on the Xscape singer as he was spotted with different women on two different occasions.
In a video circulating online, Rocky was seen in a Las Vegas resort with an unknown woman over the Fourth of July weekend. "LATOCHA SCOTT'S husband, Rocky, caught in Vegas with another woman!!!" blogger Quentin Latham wrote on Wednesday, July 5 on Instagram alongside the video and an alleged picture of Rocky with the woman.
"They at The Las Vegas World Hilton, with Tamika money!!" the blogger added. "They were there this past weekend… happy 4th of July !"
In another post, the blogger shared a picture of Rocky with another woman in an occasion back in June. "LATOCHA SCOTT'S HUSBAND!! This time, allegedly with a woman back in June in Las Vegas. Ricky loves him some vegas!! Baby, my inbox is flooded out with pictures and DM's. This tew murch!!!" he captioned the snap.
Upon catching wind of the infidelity speculations, fans were trolling LaTocha for beefing with her sister Tamika Scott and other Xscape members, Kandi Burruss and Tiny (Tameka Cottle), to defend her cheating husband. "So she severed ties with her sister over this man? Embarrassing," one user said in an Instagram comment.
One other commented, "If she knew what's best for her, she would use this opportunity to divorce him, blame all her BS and toxic ways on him and his influence, repair her relationship with her sister, rejoin the group (if they allow) and save her career and be able to make money. But that sounds too much like right knowing her."
This wasn't the first time Rocky was accused of cheating on LaTocha. Back in April, it was reported that he fathered a baby with another woman, though LaTocha shut down the claims. In an Instagram Live, the R&B singer said that she's "very much aware of the allegations" against him. She went on to admit that they "have an open relationship."
"Some people keep the fact that they have an open relationship quiet. They want to keep it private, but we have that," she continued. "And for us to be judged or whatever by the things that people are saying, y'all keep judging, y'all keep living. Y'all got marriages. Everybody ain't gonna always be true. Things happen."
LaTocha, however, backtracked on her own claims about having an open relationship with Rocky. During her appearance on "Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen", LaTocha denied that she and Rocky have an open marriage, noting that the situation was "blown out of proportion." She explained that when she said she and Rocky have an "open relationship," she meant that they "have open communication."
