AceShowbiz - Rick Ross had a failed attempt at pool diving. However, instead of being embarrassed by the incident, the "Aston Martin Music" rapper poked fun at himself when addressing the matter.
The incident occurred during a pool party at his Georgia property, which is known as "the Promise Land". In videos that have gone viral, the MC could be seen jumping from the diving board. Unfortunately, his knees buckled and sent him headfirst into the water.
Ross later reposted one of the clips on his Instagram Story. "I'm getting all the DMs this morning, 'Rozay, I saw you do the dive. Are you okay?' " he said, before confessing, "Well, I'ma be honest. Am I okay? Of course not. I blew my tire."
The "Purple Lamborghini" spitter went on to draw an amusing comparison between the incident and a flat tire. "I got on the stage. I was feeling the energy, all the support from all the baddies. The biggest pool in the country. And I gave everybody my word I would do the double-decker slapper," he detailed. "I did a double bounce, and boy, my knee caught a flat."
Despite the embarrassing moment, Ross still had a lot of fun at his pool party. During the event, the 47-year-old was accompanied by his rumored girlfriend, Dess Dior.
Ross even shared photos of the two on his Instagram page. In the July 2 post, the Clarksdale native could be seen smiling while standing next to the 25-year-old raptress in his special VIP section.
At one point, Ross was caught staring lovingly at Dess while she let out a sheepish smile. The Epic Records artist went shirtless in the pictures with a black towel draped over his head and upper half of his body. He did wear a pair of pink swim trunks though. As for his companion, she looked stylish in a white cropped hooded top that she teamed with a colorful skirt.
