One month ahead of their relocation, the ex-husband of the 'Hold It Against Me' singer is revealed to have let Sean and Jayden decide if they want to see their mother or not.

AceShowbiz - Kevin Federline apparently has encouraged the sons he has with Britney Spears to visit their mother. One month before moving to Hawaii, the former husband of the "Hold It Against Me" singer was revealed to have let Sean Preston and Jayden James decide on whether or not they want to see their mom.

The 45-year-old former dancer was claimed by sources, per reported by TMZ, to have suggested that his sons visit the 41-year-old songstress ahead of their relocation in August. Still, the source went on to note that he is letting the two decide on their own.

Additionally, it was said that Kevin would not force 17-year-old Sean and 16-year-old Jayden to directly say goodbye to Britney if they do not want to see her. However, the sources spilled that Sean and Jayden have not made up their mind on the matter.

Kevin is planning to relocate from California to Hawaii with Sean, Jayden and his wife Victoria Prince in August. It was said that Victoria received a job offer from a local university in Hawaii, and Kevin was accused by Britney's fans of trying to make use of his move to Hawaii to extend child support.

"He's doing this because the courts can force her to pay child support up to the age of 23 in Hawaii," one fan suggested in the replies section of a tweet about Britney allowing her children to relocate. Another proposed, "Kevin Federline gets sued for not paying for the education of his kids and then decides to move to Hawaii where he can apply to get child support until Britney's boys are 23."

The accusations made were based on a fact, per Maples Family Law, that payments for child support in Hawaii will continue to be paid until the child turns 23 years old as long as the child is enrolled in school. Meanwhile, California does not require child support to be paid after a child turns 18 years old.

Kevin himself has broken silence on the accusations. On June 26, the disc jockey received a question from a paparazzo about the accusations when he walked outside of a McDonald's. At that time, he slammed the claim by simply saying, "A lot of people say a lot of stupid things."
