The former NFL star is alleged to have taken a $100k line of credit and used $52,000 during a gambling trip in the Caribbean, but never paid the money back.

AceShowbiz - It looks like that Kim Zolciak isn't the only one who has a gambling issue in her now-dysfunctional family. Her estranged husband Kroy Biermann has been accused of owing over $52k to a casino, resulting in a lawsuit.
According to court documents, the company Sky Warrior is suing Kroy over an unpaid line of credit provided to him when he visited the Baha Mar Casino in the Bahamas. The suit says that the ex-NFL star obtained a $100k line of credit during a November 2021 trip.
The company claims the former athlete used $52,000 to gamble, but failed to pay back the debt, despite promising he had money in his SunTrust bank account. He allegedly left before paying the amount back and the company has not been able to track Kroy down.
A month ago, Kroy accused his estranged wife Kim of having online gambling problem. In legal documents, the 37-year-old hunk stated that the reality TV star has been showing some "very troubling behavior" that's accelerated in the months leading up to their divorce. He claimed Kim has admitted to him that she's "spending substantial time and marital funds on gambling and other games of chance," and "this compulsion has financially devastated the parties."
Kroy went on claiming that Kim is unable to properly care for the couple's four minor children because her "time is so consumed with online gambling." He said he's concerned for the kids' safety and well-being as they are both seeking sole legal and primary physical custody of their biological children.
For that reason, Kroy asked the judge to order Kim to undergo a mental evaluation. He argued that her alleged gambling problem may be the result of underlying mental health issues like depression, anxiety, narcissistic personality disorder, bipolar disorder or ADHD.
Most recently, it was reported that Kroy threatened to file a kidnapping report against Kim's friend for taking their 12-year-old son to a rodeo. In defense of Kim's friend KJ, their mutual friend insisted that "there was zero kidnapping."
Calling Kim "an incredible mom and friend," the friend named Elise added that Kroy is "desperately trying to control every move to ensure he gets full custody and child support so he falsely accused me of kidnapping KJ so he can appear as the only parent who takes the kids out."
