AceShowbiz - Taylor Swift is likely not returning to at least one of her date sites with her rumored ex-boyfriend Matty Healy. Apparently upset, the singer has reportedly canceled her membership at Casa Cipriani after some guests posted photos of her on a date with the British rock star.
Page Six was the first to report that the 12-time Grammy winner has bailed on being a visitor to the elite members-only club in New York City. However, when reached for comment, the club denied that the pop superstar has pulled her membership.
Taylor and Matty went to the club on May 11, during which they were reportedly "cuddling and kissing" as they "sat next to each other at a banquette in the lounge." In a picture circulating online, the then-couple was also seen holding hands.
Page Six later reported that Casa Cipriani took a serious action after some of the guests broke their no-pic policy. "At least three members got kicked out for taking pictures of Taylor," a source told the outlet last month. "There is a no picture policy. Their membership was revoked."
In a memo sent out to members, the club said, "It has come to our attention that images have been captured at the club in recent days that have infringed upon the privacy of our members." The note added, "It is important to note that any member who violates these policies will face immediate revocation of their membership."
Someone who had their membership revoked reportedly didn't take the picture themselves, but it was their guest. "It wasn't even the member. It was their guest. And their membership was still revoked," the source stressed.
The source went on saying about Taylor's date with Matty, "Taylor came knowing the policy and then had to leave," because of the intrusive snappers. The source added, "They are cracking down now like crazy."
Taylor and Matty have reportedly split after only weeks of dating though. "Taylor and Matty broke up. They are both extremely busy and realized they're not really compatible with each other," a source explained to Entertainment Tonight about why they called an end to the brief fling. "Taylor's friends want what's best for her and aren't shocked that their relationship fizzled out since she recently got out of a long-term relationship."
