Christine Baumgartner has a limited timeframe to pack her things and leave the 'Yellowstone' star's homes after she blindsided him by filing for divorce to end their 18-year marriage.

AceShowbiz - Kevin Costner's estranged wife has to soon find a new place to stay after deciding to leave the actor. Christine Baumgartner is reportedly forced to vacate her estranged husband's houses after she filed for divorce from him.

The situation, however, should not come as a surprise to Christine. According to Radar Online, the condition is included in the pair's prenup. Included in the prenup was a provision that covered Kevin's real estate portfolio.

Under the prenup's provision, Christine was required to vacate the premise of all properties owned by her soon-to-be ex-husband if they separated. Christine reportedly has a limited timeframe to pack her things and leave.

While Christine was seemingly ready to leave Kevin's house, he was reportedly left blindsided by her divorce filing. "Kevin was very surprised by Christine's actions, he obviously doesn't want the divorce and he would take her back," a longtime friend of the actor told Page Six. "It's disappointing, he loves her and he loves his children."

The friend also defended the "Yellowstone" star against cheating allegations after pictures surfaced over the weekend of him posing with two ladies. In the images, he put his arms on each of the women's shoulders during a night out at the Milano Restaurant & Bar in Las Vegas. One of whom appeared to be the eatery's chef, as they all smiled and laughed together.

"@kevincostnermodernwest what a pleasure it was to host this wonderful dinner at @milano_restaurant_bar for such a wonderful actor!" the restaurant wrote on Instagram.

Despite the pictures, the friend insisted, "There was no issue of cheating at all."

Kevin was still wearing his wedding ring in the images, which were taken just one day before Christine filed for divorce on Monday, May 1. The bag designer, meanwhile, was ditching her wedding ring when spotted for the first time on Wednesday since filing for divorce.

In her filing, Christine cited the usual "irreconcilable differences" as the reason why she decided to pull the plug on their marriage. She asks for joint custody of their three kids, Cayden, 15, Hayes, 14, and Grace, 12, which Kevin echoes in his response filed on Tuesday. She is not asking for spousal support since there is a prenup in place.

Confirming the split, a representative for Kevin said in a statement, "It is with great sadness that circumstances beyond his control have transpired which have resulted in Mr. Costner having to participate in a dissolution of marriage action." The rep added, "We ask that his, Christine's and their children's privacy be respected as they navigate this difficult time."
