In newly-unearthed footage from 'Vanderpump Rules', the actress, her then-boyfriend Tom and their co-star Raquel are posing for pictures together in a hot tub.

AceShowbiz - Ariana Madix might want to be careful of what she says next time. In a strange twist of events, it can be said that Tom Sandoval and Raquel Leviss' affair was not completely unforeseen on "Vanderpump Rules" as Ariana once joked about it.
In a series of just-released deleted scenes of the Bravo reality series, the actress joked that she's like in "a throuple" with her then-boyfriend Tom and their co-star Raquell. In the clip which eventually aired on Wednesday, April 19, the trio were posing for pictures together in a hot tub.
Ariana puckered up to the camera while being topless and covering her chest with her hands as Raquel and Tom were leaning on her. When the three saw the snaps, Raquel said they could "never surface," and Ariana agreed, "They go nowhere. It's just us."
But Tom predicted that since the snaps were on his phone, they would "go everywhere." Ariana then jested, "It looks like we're in a throuple. We're on like a romantic vacay" while she was "in nude underwear covering [her] boobs."
Upon seeing the newly-unearthed footage, viewers expressed their disgust as some pointed out that Tom couldn't keep his eyes off Raquel in the hot tub. Someone additionally called it "beyond gross."
Ariana only found out about Tom and Raquel's affair after she discovered sexual texts between the two in March, leading to her breakup from the bar owner. She has since moved on with fitness trainer Daniel Wai, while Raquel checked herself into a mental health treatment facility earlier this month.
Meanwhile, Tom has embarked on a solo trip to "get away from the noise." A source close to the reality TV star tells ET that he wanted a vacation filled with "mindful activities like hiking, meditation and rock climbing to get away from the noise of Scandoval." The source also says Tom "hasn't been drinking and is cleansing, and just being really healthy and getting clear."
Responding to speculation that Raquel could be tagging along for the ride, the source says, "There's speculation Tom and Raquel are together at this retreat, but that's not true." The source insists, "Raquel continues to be in a mental health facility and Tom is doing his own thing."
