AceShowbiz - "Vanderpump Rules" star Peter Madrigal is speaking out about Tam Sandoval and Raquel Leviss' headline-making affair. The SUR manager claimed he has a text message from Tom, proving his affair with Raquel started before summer 2022.

Prior to this, Tom Schwartz claimed on "Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen" that he found out in August 2022 that his Schwartz & Sandy's co-founder and the SURver had a "one-night stand" that summer. Peter, however, believes that the pair's affair began at least one month earlier in July 2022.

During his appearance on Kristen Doute's "Sex, Love and What Else Matters" podcast, Peter shared that he believed their affair may be going on longer than fans think. The 38-year-old claimed that in January, he received an odd text from Tom indicating Tom and Raquel were seeing each other way before last summer when Tom was still dating Ariana Madix.

"I get an interesting text from one Tom Sandoval. He hasn't texted me in six months," Peter shared in the April 5 episode of Kristen's podcast. "And then he texts me and he says, and I quote, 'Dude, exclamation point. Just watched the ['Vanderpump Rules' premiere] LOL, exclamation point. Did you bang Raquel the night after SUR, exclamation point, question mark, crying laughing face.' "

Tom was referring to the season 10 premiere of "Vanderpump Rules" which aired on February 8. In the episode, Peter could be seen asking Raquel on a second date but the former pageant beauty wanted to keep things casual. Despite that, they ended up locking lips off-camera. Peter believed that Tom was worried if he and Raquel slept together.

Peter went on to say on the podcast, "If you go through my text messages with Tom Sandoval, he never texts me emojis. Never does. At the time, I am so disconnected, I didn't even think about it." He continued, "What I'm thinking is, 'How are they portraying me on the show?' So, I call him. He was all like, 'Oh, no, I was just was wondering if you banged Raquel that night.' "

Peter additionally shared that he now gets why Raquel seemed to be disinterested in him. "I don't know why she responded, like, 'Ugh.' And now I know why. She was already dating Tom Sandoval. She was already having sex with Tom. And that text message from him proves it," he opined.

Peter also assumed that his brief fling with Raquel was only a distraction from Scandoval. "I am glad that I dodged a bullet named Rachel," he said on the podcast, referring to Raquel's birth name. "I have proof. I was used as a scapegoat."
