The controversial YouTube star and his brother Tristan Tate are now placed under house arrest after spending three months behind bars amid sex trafficking allegations.

AceShowbiz - Andrew Tate is letting the world know how he is doing after regaining his freedom back. The former professional kickboxer, who frequently updated his Twitter page while in jail, has shared his first video since he's released from Romanian prison.

On Friday, March 31, Andrew posted a clip on the micro-blogging site that shows him going shirtless while rocking black sweatpants. Showing off her arm muscles and chiseled chest, he looks fit although his abs are not as defined as they were.

The 36-year-old was just walking back and forth inside a room while smoking. His hair, which was usually shaved off, has grown and he sported thick facial hair.

Along with the video, he shared about how his time in jail has affected his habits. "Since last year ive been in 24 hour lockdown. No yard time," he penned. "Pacing a 3metre cell with zero electronics or outside contact. Absolute clarity of mind. Real thoughts. Real plans."

He continued, "Vivid pain. One hour home and I cant stand my phone. Some habits die hard. We must defeat Shaytan."

Andrew and his brother Tristan Tate were released earlier on Friday after spending three months behind bars amid sex trafficking allegations. It was after the Bucharest Court of Appeal ruled in favor of the Tate siblings on their latest appeal of a recent 30-day extension for their time behind bars.

Andrew's communications director Mateea Petrescu told Sky News, "They are not a flight risk, and they are not a danger to public safety, therefore [the authorities] have decided to release them under house arrest."

"[It's] just a small step - they are still under investigation," Mateea added. "They are absolutely ecstatic. They kept their spirits [in jail], they are really thrilled and looking forward to being at home - they have kept their optimism throughout."

Showing support for Andrew, Candace Owens posted on her Twitter page, "Don't care what your personal feelings are toward Andrew Tate-The Romanian government arresting him so that they could investigate to determine whether or not he committed a crime was positively absurd." She stressed, "Personal feelings have no place in evaluating right and wrong."
