AceShowbiz - Louis Tomlinson couldn't be happier to have reunited with his former bandmate, Liam Payne. Of how he felt about Liam attending the premiere of his documentary "All of Those Voices", the "Back to You" crooner said "it means the absolute world" to him.
Louis expressed his joy and gratitude on Twitter. "Special thank you to Liam for being there for me. It means the absolute world," the former member of One Direction gushed. "Love you lad!"
Meanwhile, on the red carpet, Louis said, "It means the world. I didn't actually expect him to come, but he told me a couple of days ago he was coming." He added, "So really just an honor and a testament to him as a guy, definitely."
The premiere took place in London on Thursday, March 16. Though the singers did not pose on the red carpet together, they were caught on camera leaving the Cineworld Leicester Square together after the screening.
For the special event, Louis sported an all-black suit with matching shoes. Liam, who was joined by girlfriend Kate Cassidy, donned a cream-colored jacket with a black lapel, black shirt and pants.
Before their reunion, Liam jokingly said he wanted to "surprise" his pal with his attendance by not RSVPing to the event. However, he told On Demand Entertainment, "I didn't know how I was gonna get in otherwise."
Liam noted that it was "massively" important for him to support Louis with his attendance. "All the boys have been there for me," he said on the red carpet. "I've suffered a bit of a dark time in my life at the moment. Honestly, I wouldn't be here without the boys."
"It's gonna be a nice trip down memory lane," the 29-year-old further shared. "Even being here is so nostalgic."
