AceShowbiz - James Corden teams up with Lil Nas X for Carpool Karaoke. "The Late Late Show with James Corden" host was pictured filming the fan-favorite segment of the talk show with the chart-topping musician this week.
During the filming, Nas appeared to be in bright spirits. In one picture that hit the web, the "Old Town Road" hitmaker smiled at the camera while sitting in the front passenger seat. Nas donned a blue shirt for the occasion, while James opted for a black top.
The sighting arrived after James was snapped filming "Carpool Karaoke" segment with Kim Kardashian in Malibu, California. The SKIMS founder and the British star were photographed giggling as they stopped by a local gas station. The pair were also seen trying on some bucket hats and sunglasses before getting back to his Rolls-Royce.
For the filming, "The Kardashians" star dressed in gray tank top and faded high-waisted distressed jeans that showed off her killer curves. She wore matching stiletto heels to complete her look while styling her black hair in a long braided ponytail. As for James, the 44-year-old host kept it casual in a black T-shirt, blue jeans and a pair of white Gucci sneakers.
James, meanwhile, is set to conclude "The Late Late Show" next month. He plans to return to his native U.K. in order to spend more time with his wife and young children. He will "The Last Last Late Late Show" primetime special on April 27 at 10 P.M., followed by the final episode of his hit show. Tom Cruise will join the host in the special episode.
The "Top Gun: Maverick" star has made several appearances on the late-night show doing skits and bits with James. Back in May 2022, the actor joked that Corden got "fired" from his job. "It's such a privilege to be here. I'm sorry about the news, I'm sorry you got fired," he quipped at the time. "I'm here for you tonight, whatever you need. I would not have fired you. I'm here for you if you need anything."
