Back in January, the former Danity Kane singer revealed that she's expecting a baby when she debuted her pregnant belly while attending the Society Performers Academy's SPiN Awards event.

AceShowbiz - Aubrey O'Day has a heartbreaking life update. Two months after telling the world that she's pregnant, the Danity Kane alum said she's "beyond heartbroken" to announce that she had a miscarriage.

The 39-year-old singer shared the details during an interview with E! News on Monday, March 6. "I'm beyond heartbroken to announce that I've had a miscarriage," she told the outlet. "This isn't my first pregnancy, but it is the first time I was mentally healthy and in a physically prepared place to care for another life."

Aubrey went on sharing that she initially "blamed" herself for the pregnancy loss. "I've had moments where I've internalized what happened," she explained, "and blamed myself but luckily I realized there isn't only one seat at the table."

Amid the devastating loss, Aubrey is keeping a positive outlook on her road to motherhood. "When my baby is ready, he/she will come," she said, "and forever be my grateful miracle." As for now, she just hopes her healing journey can help others experiencing a similar loss.

"I also want all the women out there in the world that have experienced this grief to feel all the love my soul has to offer, and more importantly remain reminded that we are here to support each other!" she added. "So if you need someone to talk to, reach out to me on Instagram and I will be your sounding board and someone you can confide in."

Elsewhere during the candid conversation, Aubrey thanked her fans for helping her get through this difficult time. "I love you all. Thank you for the sweet 'baby Aubrey's about to be a force to be reckoned with' messages," she added, "I smiled every time I saw them, and you know that is a straight fact!"

Taking to Instagram, Aubrey further opened up about her loss. "I wouldn't change anything," she began, "I think that it's important to let things happen, and stay 'happened.' " She noted, "People change so you can learn to let go."

"Things go wrong so that you appreciate them when they are right.. and sometimes things you want most fall apart so that better things can fall together," Aubrey continued. She ended with a sweet message to her unborn child, "Everything happens for a reason, I'll always love u my lil one."

Aubrey first revealed she was pregnant in January when she debuted her baby bump at the Society Performers Academy's SPiN Awards event in a body-hugging white dress. While gracing the red carpet, she said, per The Sun, "I've been having mom fever."
