The property, which was previously given by Queen Elizabeth II to the couple as a wedding gift, reportedly will be offered to the king's brother, disgraced Prince Andrew.

AceShowbiz - Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have been evicted by King Charles III from Frogmore Cottage in Windsor. According to a new report, the royal home in the U.K. reportedly will be given to the king's brother, disgraced Prince Andrew.

Confirming the eviction was the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's representative. Their rep revealed to Page Six, "We can confirm the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have been requested to vacate their residence at Frogmore Cottage."

The pair were allegedly "stunned" by the eviction. "Harry and Meghan have until early summer to vacate," a source told "Finding Freedom" author Omid Scobie in his report for Yahoo! News. "Initially, they were given just weeks, but now they have at least until after the coronation."

Omid claimed that King Charles was "spitting mad" over the explosive tell-all as he made the decision to evict Harry and his wife following the release of his bombshell memoir "Spare" in January. "It all feels very final and like a cruel punishment," a friend of the couple shared. "It's like [the family] wants to cut them out of the picture for good."

Royal expert Tom Bower also echoed the sentiment while weighing in on the matter in an interview. "Harry and Meghan provoked him [King Charles] with Harry's disgraceful book and the interviews he gave," the "Revenge: Meghan, Harry and the War Between the Windsors" author said. "I mean what did he expect?"

He continued, "Harry wanted the royal family to come on bended knee begging for forgiveness and he's completely crossed the spectrum, he's in the mad wilderness of deranged victimhood."

It was also said that following the eviction, the Sussexes haven't been offered a new residence at the royal Windsor Estate as their belongings will be shipped to their new home in the United States. Harry and Meghan were given the cottage from Queen Elizabeth II as a wedding present back in 2018.
