Aside from the 'Passion, Pain and Pleasure' artist, the plaintiff lists his label Atlantic Records, manager Kevin Liles and 300 Entertainment as defendants in the lawsuit.

AceShowbiz - Trey Songz is once again slapped with a lawsuit from a woman who previously accused him of rape. Just months after the case was dismissed, the alleged victim filed a new $25 million lawsuit against the singer.

The alleged victim, who goes by Jane Doe, filed the lawsuit on Thursday, February 9 in Los Angeles. Aside from the R&B star, she listed his label Atlantic Records, manager Kevin Liles and 300 Entertainment as defendants.

In a statement, the plaintiff's attorney George Vrabeck insisted that Atlantic Records should be held responsible for Trey's action. The lawyer also called out Kevin for ignoring a number of accusations against the musician throughout the years.

"This case is much more than about one singer and one viciously abused sexual assault survivor who has the courage to take action," George said. "It's also very much about the systematic sexual abuse in the music industry and the music industry's complicity in silencing sexual abuse survivors. It's virtually impossible to believe that those executives are not and were not aware of the institutionalized sexual abuse."

The "Passion, Pain & Pleasure" artist has seemingly responded to the lawsuit. In a post shared on Instagram Story, he wrote, "Lies will never be the truth. No matter who chooses to believe such. ALHAMDULILLAH."

In the first lawsuit, Jane Doe claimed Trey "anally raped" her at a Los Angeles house party back in 2016. She noted they initially had a consensual sexual relationship, but he suddenly turned into a "savage rapist."
