The 3LW member fumes on Twitter after the 'Certified Lover Boy' artist says, 'We should get bonuses like athletes to motivate the future artists to be consistent and competitive.'

AceShowbiz - Kiely Williams isn't here for Drake's recent statement. After the "Certified Lover Boy" artist told Spotify to pay artists who reach streaming milestones, the 3LW member called the rapper out on Twitter and urged him to apologize to Megan Thee Stallion.

In his statement, the four-time Grammy winner said, "We should get bonuses like athletes to motivate the future artists to be consistent and competitive." He added, "So feel free to send me a Lebron sized cheque I have enough dinner plates," adding a laughing and a heart emojis.

In response, Kiely fumed in a tweet, "Oh f**k off. It's something like 1000 streams = 1 album sale." She went on to stress, Go to bed, Aubrey. And apologize to Meg. Better yet, delete that whole album."

Drake was accused of dissing Megan on his single "Circo Loco", which appeared on his and 21 Savage's joint album, "Her Loss". On the track, the Canadian native raps, "This b***h lie 'bout getting shots but she still a stallion... Shorty say she graduated, she ain't learn enough/ Play your album track one, 'kay, I heard enough."

Many believed that the controversial lyrics refer to Megan's assault trial against Tory Lanez from a shooting incident that occurred in 2020. The "Body" raptress later defended herself just hours after the song's release. She demanded that rappers "stop using my shooting for clout," and questioned when it became "cool to joke abt women getting shot."

As for the shooting case, Megan alleged that Tory shot her in the foot following a house party in July 2020, which Tory denied. In December 2022, however, Los Angeles jurors found Tory guilty of all three charges against him. They include felony negligent discharge of a firearm, assault with a semiautomatic firearm, and carrying a loaded and unregistered firearm. He will be sentenced on February 28.
