AceShowbiz - India.Arie has called out Spotify once again. The "Steady Love" singer made use of Instagram Story to slam the music streaming service for using a photo of a white woman as a cover art of a neo-soul playlist that she is featured on.

"And you wonder why we hate Spotify. I'm on a playlist called I love my Neo soul and this white lady is the picture they put for my song Brown Skin. I have no words," the 47-year-old argued. "Everybody loves black music but they don't care about US as people. Cause THIS RIGHT HERE IS A BLATANT SLAP IN THE FACE. AGAIN."

"I've tried for 2 DECADES thru my music to Help humanity to remember love. To love Black people OUT LOUD. And to just be a force [of] good," the Grammy-winning went on to rage. "I WAS COMPLETELY COMMITED WITH ALL OF MY FORCE. HOW IS THIS ... where we are now?"

India then noted that she doesn't care about those criticizing her. "And before any [one] talks s**t to me. I don't care. If you've never been in this world-your opinions means nothing to me," she stressed.

"Lastly, Spotify is the only platform artists really have. That's why they don't HAVE to treat us well," the musician continued. "I don't knock ANY of my peers for using the ONLY vehicle in town. I support artists no matter what. And I support ME. TOO."

This is not the first time India put Spotify on blast. Back in January, she announced her decision to pull her music from the platform due to Joe Rogan's presence. Joe himself was accused of spreading COVID-19 misinformation through his "The Joe Rogan Experience" podcast.

In the following month, India shared some clips of Joe using N-word and insulting black people. "We have this person who is offensive to a lot of people and is paid $100 million. The backbone of Spotify is the music. You pay the musicians .003-.005 percent of a penny and take this money generated over here and use it to invest in this guy?" she raged at that time. "Do you what you want, but take me off. Or pay me too. I mean us. Pay artists like me too. Pay podcasters of color too."
