If a new report is to be believed, the 'Gold Digger' rapper's Yeezy office in Los Angeles faces eviction after he allegedly fails to pay at least two months of rent.

AceShowbiz - Kanye West may not be able to keep his Yeezy company going. If a new report is to be believed, the "Donda" artist's Yeezy office in Los Angeles faces eviction after he allegedly fails to pay at least two months of rent.

According to newly filed court documents obtained by The Blast, a company named CT Calabasas, the office building's owner, accused Ye's Yeezy of being behind in rent totaling a whooping $63,254. The building owner noted that if Ye doesn't pay the late rent in full within 72 hours, he will be evicted from the property.

"Within three days after service of this notice on you, you must pay the amount of said rent in full or quit said premises and deliver up possession of the same to the authorized agent for your landlord,” the eviction notice, filed on Tuesday, December 13, read.

It continued, "If you fail to pay or quit, legal proceedings will be instituted against you for possession of the premises, forfeiture of the agreement, and for monetary damages as may be allowed by law. You are further notified that by this Notice the Landlord elects to and does hereby declare a forfeiture of said Lease if said rent is not paid in full within three (3) days."

It was said that Ye leases 15,000 sq. feet of office space from CT Calabasas, and uses the majority of that space for his "design studio." It reportedly includes production facilities for his Yeezy-brand clothing line, a recording studio for his music and design spaces.

The ex-husband of Kim Kardashian first rented the space in 2015 and at the time, his company was called West Brands Fashion. He agreed to pay $31,477.40 per month and had paid each month's lease in full before he missed payments for this year's November and December.

Ye has yet to comment on the report.

Meanwhile, this isn't the only financial trouble that Ye is currently facing. Previously, it was reported that the rapper/designer owes California over $600,000 in foregone taxes. In July 2021, three separate notice letters were allegedly sent to Ye. The hip-hop star also received other notice letters in February and in September of this year.

Ye's financial issues start emerging in the wake of his anti-Semitic controversy. In addition to getting backlash, he allegedly lost an estimated $1 billion after being dropped by brands such as Adidas, Balenciaga and GAP.
