AceShowbiz - Bankroll Freddie has been indicted in his federal gun and drug case. The "Drop Like Dis" rapper reportedly was among 35 individuals who got arrested in Arkansas on Wednesday, November 9.
According to TMZ Hip Hop, Freddie was part of a massive 61-count indictment. The 28-year-old, born Freddie Gladney III, was allegedly part of a crew that conspired to sell large amounts of crack cocaine and marijuana in Arkansas and Texas between March 2021 and October 2022.
The emcee is also facing weapons charges for allegedly possessing firearms in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime. It was said that "feds also seized jewelry and cash from several of the defendants totaling hundreds of thousands of dollars."
Per Fox News report, Freddie was listed as a defendant in the indictment as a result of the FBI focusing on the Every Body Killas (EBK) gang. His father Freddie Gladney Jr. is allegedly one of the gang members as well.
Aside from cocaine and marijuana, the rapper and the 34 other defendants were accused of knowingly and intentionally possessing and distributing methamphetamine. The father-and-son duo, meanwhile, was "specifically indicted for possessing between 500 grams and five kilograms of cocaine, between 28 and 280 grams of crack cocaine, and between 100 kilograms and 1,000 kilograms of marijuana."
Not stopping there, Freddie allegedly made false statements when getting several guns from a licensed firearms dealer. He reportedly possessed one or more machine guns and several guns without serial numbers.
