Prior to this, the 'MONTERO (Call Me By Your Name)' hitmaker, who came out as gay in 2019, was accused of being a 'closeted heterosexual' as he is 'overly gay.'

AceShowbiz - Lil Nas X is telling every straight man they'd better be grateful that he is gay. Taking to his social media platform, the "MONTERO (Call Me By Your Name)" hitmaker explained the reasons behind his statement while flaunting his six-pack abs.

On Wednesday, November 9, the 23-year-old hip-hop star turned to his Twitter account to share a video of him showing off his toned body while taking a mirror selfie. "Y'all should be happy I'm gay, cuz I would take all y'all b***hes, like, very easily," he said.

Reacting to the clip, one Twitter user who goes by @jaymajor26 wrote, "You know what, he's RIGHT! As a straight man, THANK YOU Lil Nas X. We are very lucky you're one of them!" In response, Lil Nas X simply replied, "thank u straight man who is straight."

Lil Nas X came out as gay in the summer of 2019. In an interview with GQ last November, the "Industry Baby" crooner, whose real name is Montero Lamar Hill, said that he believes more gay rappers would appear in the future.

"The whole landscape is very hyper-masculine. I do feel like this newer generation of rappers who are coming in, and the ones who are here, are going to have to reshape their thoughts," Lil Nas X told the publication. "Because change is happening."

The Grammy-winning musician continued, "There's going to be so many gay rappers. There's going to be more trans people in the industry and what not." He went on adding, "Ten years from now, everything that I'm doing won't even seem like it was shocking."

Earlier this month, Lil Nas X responded to a social media troll who accused him of being "closeted heterosexual." Clearing things up, the "Old Town Road" rapper hilariously hit back, "i'm the first n***a to have to beat straight allegations." As if it's not enough, he also retweeted a tweet from @tommyasterisk who asked, "Fellas, is it straight to be gay?"
