AceShowbiz - Comedian Teddy Ray has sadly passed away. Fellow comedians and other celebrities spoke about the funnyman, who was best known for being a cast member on "Nick Cannon Presents: Wild 'N Out", on social media after his sudden passing.

Teddy reportedly passed away on Friday, August 12. He was only 32 years old. At this time, the cause of death of the comedian, who's also known for his appearances on Russell Simmons' digital comedy stream "All Def Digital", has not been made public.

Teddy, who also hosted a podcast called "The Cali Kickback" alongside Lewis Ray, recently turned 32 years old. He celebrated the new milestone on July 30 in his final Instagram post. "Pulling up on 32 likeā€¦..Lord I thank you for another lap around this hot a** sun," he wrote along with a photo of him going shirtless while sitting in the front seat of a car.

Since the shocking and heartbreaking news about Teddy's passing, tributes have been pouring in on social media. Katt Williams commented on Teddy's final IG post, "My brilliant n***a. So sorry. Love u," while Quinta Brunson wrote, "Heartbroken. Gonna miss you teddy." Freddie Gibbs added, "RIP my n***a Teddy Ray."

Meanwhile, Desus Nice, former co-host of "Desus & Mero", said, "rip teddy ray, he was a real one." Musician Jean Deaux tweeted, "I just saw the news about Teddy Ray's passing. Teddy has been such a great friend to me over 5 years now. i been to damn near every one of his comedy shows in LA since he started em. one of the funniest ppl i know seriously. this is really heartbreaking man. RIP teddy damn bro."
