AceShowbiz - It has been reported that there's bad blood between FKA Twigs and Margaret Qualley. The two stars, who used to date Shia LaBeouf, allegedly have a nasty argument after the British singer filed a lawsuit against the actor for alleged sexual battery, assault and infliction of emotional distress during their relationship.
Qualley initially showed support for Twigs when she first made the shocking allegations in an interview with Elle magazine in September 2021. At the time, the "Once Upon a Time in... Hollywood" actress posted the cover on social media with the caption "Thank you." In an interview with Harper's Bazaar, Qualley revealed that she posted the cover because "it was important to me for her to know that I believe her - and it's as simple as that."
It is now said that Twigs and Qualley exchanged messages after the piece was published. The "MAGDALENE" artist, who dated "Transformers" actor from the summer of 2018 to the spring of 2019, apparently wanted Qualley to be a witness in the case, which is set to go to trial in April 2023.
However, despite her public support, Qualley reportedly wasn't willing to involve herself into the suit. A source reveals to Page Six that the two ladies happened to run into each other at the luxury hotel in Los Angeles and that was when things went south.
While it was unclear who approached whom, the two allegedly got into a nasty verbal fight over the matter in front of the other hotel guests. Qualley's fiance Jack Antonoff quickly joined in the argument to defend his lover. According to an eyewitness, both Twigs and Qualley were both left "shaken" by the incident.
Reps for Qualley declined to comment. Meanwhile, Reps for Antonoff and Twigs have yet to respond to multiple requests for comment.
