At the film's Los Angeles premiere, the actor portraying Tangerine in the Brad Pitt-starring action flick reveals that he had to seek medical attention during filming.

AceShowbiz - Aaron Taylor-Johnson (Aaron Johnson) has recalled the moment when he was rushed to hospital amid "Bullet Train" filming. The actor portraying Tangerine in the Brad Pitt-starring action flick unveiled which scene landed him in hospital.

At the Los Angeles premiere of "Bullet Train" on Monday night, August 1, the 32-year-old actor told Variety about one fight scene injury that caused him to pass out because he had "low blood sugar levels" due to the "crazy mad Keto diet" he was on to get "scrawny and lean" for the role.

"We were in a fight sequence and I get drop-kicked across the room. And the one sharp bit of the corner where there wasn't any padding took a chunk out of my hand. I literally went wham, passed out," said Aaron, known for other action movies like "Kick-Ass" and "Avengers: Age of Ultron".

Aaron further recalled, "Then I came back and was like 'Should we go again?' and they were like 'No, no, no. You gotta go get stitches at the hospital.' " He continued, "So then I spent the night in the hospital."

Aaron then said it's actually a badge of honor to sustain an injury on a David Leitch set. "When you sign up for a David Leitch movie, you know you gotta get a couple of battle scars," he told the outlet. "Some war wounds."

On the red carpet, Aaron also praised the upbeat collaborative mood during filming. "We all just came and had fun," he said. "David Leitch gave us so much room to improv and ad-lib, and we really just wanted to make these characters pop. I mean, it's such a heightened reality, the tone of this movie. [These characters] are so bombastic, so you wanna make them lift and pop. So hopefully we've done that."

"Bullet Train" is set to hit U.S. theaters on Friday, August 5.
