After set photos from the upcoming drama leak online, the 'Captain America: The Winter Soldier' star shares on Instagram the official picture of his character.

AceShowbiz - Sebastian Stan is literally "A Different Man" in his upcoming movie. The actor is completely unrecognizable as he undergoes a shocking transformation for his role in the upcoming A24 movie.

On Wednesday, July 27, the "Pam & Tommy" star shared the first official look at his character in "A Different Man". He sports a full face of prosthetics to portray Edward, a man who undergoes facial reconstructive surgery and becomes obsessed with the actor portraying him in a play based on his life.

In the caption, the 39-year-old Romanian-American actor gushed about the "incredible work" by prosthetics artist Mike Marino, who was recently behind Colin Farrell's transformation into the Penguin for Matt Reeves' "The Batman".

Stan posted the picture after set photos from the movie leaked earlier that day, unveiling his gruesome transformation for the role. In the paparazzi pics, the Emmy-nominated actor had a bandage around one hand and sported a green jacket, khaki pants and sneakers while filming on set in New York City on Tuesday.

In another snap, Stan was seen giving actor Adam Pearson a reluctant hug as they stood on the sidewalk together, following his surgery. He was wearing a green plaid button-down, brown bucket hat, velvet trousers, glasses and a pair of dressy trainers.

Pearson, who has neurofibromatosis type I in real life, wore a quilted floral jacket with orange flowers and red leaves. neurofibromatosis type 1 causes non-cancerous tumors to grow on nerve tissue. Pearson was diagnosed with the condition after suffering a blow to the head at age five that resulted in a bump that persisted instead of healing.

"A Different Man" is written and directed by Aaron Schimberg. Stan is also executive producing the film, which does not have a release date just yet.
