While overjoyed to share with the world that she is expecting a child, the fiancee of Taylor Mock spills on Father's Day that she is still mourning the loss of her father from cancer.

AceShowbiz - Tia Booth was dealing with a mixed feeling when celebrating Father's Day. On Sunday, June 19, the former "The Bachelor" star announced that she is expecting a child with fiance Taylor Mock. Along with it, however, she confessed that the joyful news also brought her bittersweet feeling.

The 30-year-old made use of her Instagram account to share her thoughts with the world. "This has undoubtedly been my most most challenging season thus far. I've never felt such overwhelming sadness and pure joy at the same time," she spilled, before adding, "It's been difficult to be grateful for the good as if one of the most important people in my life is missing the celebration."

In the post, Tia shared a series of black-and-white pictures of her fiance as well as her late father. The first two images saw the former "Bachelor in Paradise" alum resting her head on her fiancee's shoulder as he lovingly cradled her baby bump. The last one, in the meantime, displayed a throwback picture of her late father holding her as a child.

"While I wish I could tell my dad all the good news in person, it brings me peace that he knows about it long before I do," the reality star went on stating. "Welcoming a new little life while mourning the loss of another proves that high emotions can exist simultaneously, and I have no doubt my dad had a hand in this," she added.

Tia concluded her caption with a sincere Happy Father's Day wish for her late father and her fiance. "Happy heavenly Father's Day to the first man I ever loved and Happy soon-to-be Father's Day to my forever," she wrote.

Tia's father Kenny Booth passed away in February this year due to cancer. When sharing the heartbreaking news, Tia honored her father's memory by letting out a series of photos and clips of him.

In the caption of the heartbreaking post, Tia wrote, "Thank you daddy for teaching me how to protect myself, how to take a shot of tequila, and most importantly how to be and independent woman that doesn't rely on anyone else for success (except you when my car breaks down)."

"After a year long fight, I'm so thankful you're finally free from cancer's evil grip," she went on detailing. At the end, she noted, "Keep an eye on me&Mama and keep on dancin in Heaven - your little girl."
