AceShowbiz - It seems that North West is already used to her father's extravagant ways of doing things. The oldest daughter of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West was seen being unfazed by the "Jesus Walks" rapper's surprise in providing her and her siblings an over-the-top ride to school.

In the Thursday, May 19 episode of "The Kardashians", the 8-year-old girl, along with her little brother Saint West, could be seen being picked up to school by her rap star father in a real firetruck. Her initial reaction, however, was far from excitement.

As North walked toward Kanye, the older West asked, "Did you tell Sainty?" The little girl, who apparently noticed the surprise before her little brother, gave a nonchalant response by plainly answering, "No. Mom said it was a surprise."

During the confessional in the episode, Kim pointed out that the "Donda" rapper's grand gesture was in no way a surprise for the family. "Kanye is here to pick up the kids to take them to school. He loves to do that," the SKIMS founder said, "So of course, in his very 'Kanye way', he comes in full fire truck."

At one point, the older sister of Khloe Kardashian was seen walking out of the house, and asked her children, "Dad picked you up in a firetruck? How cool?" Upon noticing the less enthused North, she tried to hype her up.

Kim, together with her children, including Chicago West and Psalm West, then began to explore the truck. "Is this not the coolest thing ever? Who gets to ride in a firetruck?" the 41-year-old star exclaimed. North, who was starting to come around to the surprise, pointed at herself and declared, "I do."

The TV personality further emphasized how cool the experience was. "I don't think anyone has ever done this before," she remarked. North replied by noting, "Well, probably not to school, but firefighters did."

When North, Saint and Kanye were inside the truck, the young girl seemed to enjoy the experience more. She put on a firefighter's helmet and danced in the truck. Her "Praise God" rapper father appeared to be loving it as well.

Kanye, who was also in a firefighter gear, took pics of his lovely children to capture the moment inside the ride. "I think sometimes people are kind of bashful to be super dads," the 44-year-old rapper said to the camera, "Everyone wants to be a cool dad, and sometimes you just gotta wear the fire hat."

Kanye and Kim split in 2021 with her filing for divorce in February that year. Despite the end of their marriage, the two are still co-parenting their children together. In the confessional of the May 19 episode, Kim also admitted that she wants to make sure her children have as much quality time with their dad as possible.
