AceShowbiz - Michelle Williams is going to welcome a new addition to her family this fall. When speaking to Variety, the "Manchester by the Sea" actress divulged that she's currently expecting her second child with husband Thomas Kail.

"It's totally joyous," the 41-year-old mom told the outlet. "As the years go on, you sort of wonder what they might hold for you or not hold for you. It's exciting to discover that something you want again and again, is available one more time. That good fortune is not lost on me or my family."

Michelle and Thomas already share a son, Hart, who was born on 2020. As for the Oscar nominee, she is a also a mother to 16-year-old daughter Matilda from her relationship with the late actor Heath Ledger.

During the interview, Michelle also opened up about raising a young child during the COVID-19 pandemic. "It was a reminder that life goes on. The world we brought a baby into is not the world we thought we were bringing a baby into, but the baby is ignorant of that. He experiences the unmitigated joy of discovery and the happiness of a loving home," she said.

Michelle went on to note that being a mom has made her more committed to her work as an actress. "There's nothing that makes you committed to a better world than raising a great kid.
