"Uh, I know they teabaggin', b***hes is testy/ Get you a vacuum, b***hes is messy/ Let's see, after all of that surgery, you are still ugly/ Now that is what gets me," the mother of one raps.

Following the music video releae, Nicki playfully threatened fans that she would delay dropping her album if it doesn't get enough love. Sharing her message on Twitter, she said, "If y'all don't do what needs to be done with the #WeGoUpVideo I will significantly, and I DO mean significantly...delay the...the...the...oh what's the word...oh! The album."

"That's right. *sighs* the album," the Harajuku Barbie doubled down on her statement. She also let fans know that she was channelling the energy of Meryl Streep's famous catty character from "The Devil Wears Prada".

Nicki's sentiment has caught the attention of 6ix9ine. Nicki dropped "We Go Up" in late March. Upon its release, fans speculated that she was throwing shades at her nemesis Cardi B with the lyrics, "Let's see/ After all of that surgery, you are still ugly/ And that is what gets me."

Nicki has not clarified whom her lyrics are directed at. Cardi, for her part, has not responded to the speculation. Their feud dated back to 2017, when Cardi broke out on the rap scene and was instantly compared to Nicki.
