AceShowbiz - Kanye West is apparently taking some time off to heal amid the drama he caused with his social media posts. The rapper is said to be relaxing somewhere on an island to clear his mind following his public feud with Kim Kardashian.

It's Fivio Foreign who gave an update on Ye on behalf of the Atlanta native, who executive produces his newly-released debut album "B.I.B.L.E.". According to the "Demons" spitter, "YE is on a Island relaxing clear' n his mind & healing from all the stress of Society.."

The 32-year-old hip-hop star also relayed Ye's message regarding people's responses to the album. "He appreciates the support for the Album & the response," he added on his tweet posted on Friday, April 8.

Ye has some downtime after canceling his performance at the Coachella on April 17 and April 24. He didn't give a reason of why he withdrew from the festival, but a source told Page Six earlier this week, "Kanye has definitely pulled out of Coachella. He hasn't been rehearsing or putting on a production." Travis Scott (II) was supposed to join him onstage, but now the "Sicko Mode" emcee is not going to perform at the festival either.

The same site previously reported that Ye told his ex-wife Kim he's "going away to get help" following his public rants. A source close to the Kardashians allegedly told them, "For the sake of the kids, Kanye has told Kim he's not making any public appearances or inflammatory social media statements, and he will go away somewhere to get better."

However, Jason Lee, whom Ye recently hired as Head of Media and Partnership, has debunked the report. In a statement to Yahoo, the celebrity blogger said, "Ye monitors all headlines pertaining to him and his family daily. Most all are being fed to media by 'sources close to the Kardashians,' which have been creating a false narrative that not only is untrue but further compromises his goal of creating a healthy environment for the beautiful children he shares with Kim."

Jason added, "He's been focused on taking care of himself, being a present and loving father and a creative genius well before all the false headlines we've seen as recent," before stressing that the story about Ye's supposed conversation with Kim is "simply untrue."
