Also rumored to be joining the new season of the CBS series are 'The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' alum Erika Jayne and former 'The Real Housewives of Atlanta' star NeNe Leakes.

AceShowbiz - Is Sha'Carri Richardson heading to the "Big Brother" house? It was previously reported that the one-time Olympic favorite is set to appear in the next season of "Celebrity Big Brother". However, much to her fans' dismay, the rumors have been debunked.

Shutting down the casting rumors was Sha'Carri's rep Ashley Blackwood. The rep claimed to TMZ that the track superstar was indeed "contacted months ago to be on 'Big Brother' and declined."

Ashley went on to stress that "all coverage on her participating are false and simply just rumors."

Also rumored to be joining the show were "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" alum Erika Jayne and former "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Nene Leakes. However, sources close to the two stars allegedly told TMZ that the rumors had no truth in them.

Other names who are allegedly in the new season of the CBS reality TV show were Tiffany Pollard, Vanilla Ice and Todrick Hall. Celebrity trainer and fitness expert Jillian Michaels was also mentioned among the possible Houseguests on the show, which will return on February 2.

Sha'Carri used to be a favorite to represent the U.S. At last year's Olympic games. However, things changed after she was disqualified over marijuana use.

USATF announced at the time, "All USATF athletes are equally aware of and must adhere to the current anti-doping code, and our credibility as the National Governing Body would be lost if rules were only enforced under certain circumstances."

"Our heartfelt understanding lies with Sha'Carri," the message further read. "[But] we must also maintain fairness for all of the athletes who attempted to realize their dreams by securing a place on the U.S. Olympic Track & Field Team."

Sha'Carri was given 30-day suspension for a positive marijuana test. The suspension itself will end before the start of the relays on August 5. While it means she could have still competed in the 4x100 relay event for Team USA at the Tokyo Olympics, the team decided to not give her a spot.
