In honor of what would have been the comedian's 100th birthday, her longtime assistant Kiersten Mikelas shares the late actress' photo on her Facebook page.

AceShowbiz - Betty White's closed one has given a rare look at the late icon in one of her final moments. Celebrating what would have been her 100th birthday, her longtime assistant Kiersten Mikelas took to the comedian's official page to unveil one of her last photos.
"Hello Everyone! It's Kiersten. Betty's Assistant," Kiersten captioned the image of the comedian shared on Monday, January 17. "On this special day, I wanted to share this photo of Betty."
The photo was taken eleven days before Betty's passing as the assistant informed, "It was taken on 12/20/21. I believe it's one of the last photos of her. She was radiant and beautiful and as happy as ever."
In the image, Betty was all smiles as she sat in floral-printed chair. She wore a bright green printed top and white pants and sported white and gold jewelry with full makeup on.
Kiersten concluded the tribute to her former boss, "Thanks to all of you who are doing kind things today and every day to make the world a better place."
Also honoring Betty on her birthday was actor Morgan Freeman, who tweeted alongside a photo of himself with the screen icon on stage, "Life is precious, and so are the friends that we meet along the way. Happy Heavenly Birthday tomorrow Betty White! You will always be treasured!"
Trisha Yearwood, meanwhile, raised $24,000 in 15 minutes to contribute to the #BettyWhiteChallenge, the movement calling on fans to donate to animal shelters and other pet charities to honor animal lover Betty.
"Seriously, thank you for being a friend and doing the #BettyWhiteChallenge with me!" the singer tweeted on Monday. "We raised over $24k in 15 minutes and the donations are still coming in! Everyone who donates $25.00 or more will get this #DottiesYard magnet! Xo."
Betty died on December 31 at her home age the age of 99. Her cause of death was listed as a cerebrovascular accident, which is a loss of blood flow to part of the brain, which damages brain tissue. She suffered a stroke six days before her passing.
