Meanwhile, an attorney for the 33-year-old model fires back at the former 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' stars, saying that they 'are not above the law' despite their wealth.

AceShowbiz - The Kardashian-Jenner family will not let Blac Chyna, real name Angela White, win their legal battle. Asking a judge to quash her subpoenas, Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, Kris Jenner and Kylie Jenner accused the model of harassment.

Attorney for the four reality stars filed court papers on Tuesday, December 14. In the docs obtained by E! News, they stated, "The subpoenas must be quashed because they present an unwarranted annoyance, embarrassment, oppression, and undue burden on the Non-Parties who have already been examined exhaustively by Ms. White in the related matter."

"Ms. White has no basis for wanting to depose these Non-Parties again on the same issues, other than to harass and burden the Kardashians/Jenners and generate headlines forcing the Non-Parties to file this motion," the attorney further argued. "The court should reject Ms. White's misuse of the discovery process and quash the subpoenas."

"The Kardashians/Jenners are extremely busy with business and professional commitments scheduled months in advance," the lawyers went on explaining. "And it would be excessively disruptive and burdensome to force their additional depositions to take place on such short notice."

Blac herself has responded to the family's legal request via her attorney, Lynne Ciani. "Angela White will respectfully ask the trial court to enforce the deposition subpoenas," Lynne said in a statement to E! News. "The Kardashians/Jenners are not above the law. Indeed, even people who run 'billion-dollar enterprises' (to quote the Kardashian/Jenner court documents) must comply with valid subpoena powers of California's superior courts."

Blac first launched legal action against the family after she called it quits with Rob Kardashian in 2017. She accused the family of getting her former E! reality series "Rob & Chyna" canceled by claiming she assaulted Rob. The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" alums, however, insisted that she did abuse her former fiance.
