After it was reported that cops were called during a domestic dispute between the "Home Alone" star and his girlfriend, new details have emerged, revealing that things turned physical during the lovers' quarrel.
According to TMZ, Devin's girlfriend made a police report a day after the incident. In the report, the woman claimed the actor strangled her and put his hand over his mouth. She said she bit his hand and he punched her in the face.
The woman said she managed to escape to a stairwell. She then got her stuff and left after waiting for the cops to arrive.
Page Six obtained a redacted police report that confirms such accident took place on December 9. However, due to privacy, the involved parties are not revealed in the aforementioned report. A spokesperson for the Oklahoma City Police Department said that no charges have been filed.
Previously, it was reported that Devin and his girlfriend were involved in an argument at a Hyatt hotel near downtown Oklahoma City. It was apparently so bad that someone called the cops to get things under control.
Cops said the fight was dissolved after Devin and his girlfriend agreed to go separate ways for the night, with her staying in a separate room. No one was arrested that night.
A rep for the 44-year-old star, who is known for his portrayal of Buzz McCallister, the mean older brother of Macaulay Culkin's Kevin McCallister, confirmed that an argument broke out that led to the two breaking up that night, but insisted that it did not turn physical. The rep would not detail what the argument was about.
The rep has not responded to new report about Devin allegedly laying a hand on his girlfriend during the fight.
