AceShowbiz - Lil Uzi Vert has received an open invitation from his fan. Raheel Ahmad, who asked Uzi two years prior whether he could pay his $90,000 tuition, invited the "20 Min" rapper to attend his college graduation.

Making use of Instagram, Raheel shared a video of him announcing that he's finished his study at Temple University. In the caption of the post, he wrote, "Invitation for @liluzivert to attend my Temple University graduation ceremony/party‼️"

In the clip, Raheel gushed, "The time has finally come." He added, "I've made it through the four years at Temple, graduating with a 3.5 GPA. I'm sure you all remember this video of me asking Lil Uzi Vert at the mall if he could help pay for my college tuition."

"I come from a big family and was raised by a single, widowed mother. Finances were always a struggle. After my dad passed away, we had to live paycheck to paycheck," he further shared. "And honestly, my mom is a hero... She cared for all five of her children emphasizing the importance of a college education despite all the costs."

Noting that his college graduation ceremony is scheduled to take place on January 26, 2022, Raheel stated, "Lil Uzi Vert, this is my invitation for you to come to Temple to celebrate my graduation ceremony and party." He went on to tell Uzi that their one-minute interaction changed his life for the better and gave him "a sense of hope and optimism."

"Your acknowledgment and response to my ask for help have shifted my mindset completely and I believe there can be light at the end of the tunnel," he continued. "I witnessed the dark side of life having lost my father, but I have also experienced many good."

"College can't be this expensive when it's meant to be for a more stable and better future," Raheel stressed. He then vowed, "And as a political science major, I'm going to be using my platform to advocate for college tuition reform."

Raheel met Uzi at King of Prussia mall on August 22, 2019, when the former "was not in a good place mentally." After he asked the emcee, the latter said, "90 grand? I could pay for that. But this is the thing, though. If I pay for your college tuition, are you gonna finish college or are you gonna bulls**t?... If you don't show me, you won't get 90 grand. … You gotta show me proof."

Raheel declared in another Instagram post that "Uzi helping me as soon as I graduate." As for "The Way Life Goes" spitter, he has yet to respond to the open invitation.
