'The Real' co-host and mom-to-be glows in a yellow form-fitting dress while celebrating the impending arrival of her and Jeezy's first child with a travel-themed baby shower.

AceShowbiz - Jeannie Mai has celebrated the impending arrival of her first child with Jeezy (previously Young Jeezy). The TV personality threw a travel-themed baby shower over the weekend and has let out several pictures from it via Instagram.

On the Sunday, November 14 bash in Los Angeles, the 42-year-old mom-to-be was glowing as she showed her baby bump in a yellow form-fitting dress with long sleeves. Her hair was pulled into a high ponytail and she sported white peep toe heels.

"So thankful to have the most wonderful friends throw us such a sweet, unforgettable shower for a Baby Jenkins," she captioned the snaps. "As we count down these last few weeks, I'm emotional realizing how our life is about to be changed forever Thank you to all of our supportive friends and family for being a community of trust, love, and joy. I will never forget this day."

Speaking to E! News, Jeannie shared, "It was our first ever baby shower for Baby Jenkins and we had the best time!" She explained the theme, "We wanted it to be travel-themed, since every discussion about Baby J took place on many of our adventures around the world. We invited the special people in our lives, guys and girls, and enjoyed the warm day overlooking Los Angeles. We were so thankful to share this with family and friends."

The bash was attended by 50 guests, including "The Real" co-host Adrienne Bailon and her husband Israel Houghton as well as former "The Talk" co-host Elaine Welteroth, DJ Ruckus and Too Faced co-founders Jerrod Blandino and Jeremy Johnson. The party incorporated drinks that played with Jeannie and Jeezy's decision to not find out the baby's gender such as the "It's maybe a girl Aperol" and "I think it's a boy Blueberry Jazz."

"I kept Baby J a secret for so long that it feels surreal to finally celebrate with everyone," the expectant first-time mom said. "Also, we have kept ourselves from knowing the gender of the baby, so it was fun watching everyone guess based off my cravings, tummy and old wives' tales."

Jeannie first announced her pregnancy in September, several months after tying the knot with Jeezy in April this year. She recently opened up about why she didn't want to have children before and how her rapper husband helped her change her mind about having kids. "I'm so thankful because I've never felt this ready. I've been through so much, and I've survived and I'm shining. My heart is ready. ... I was meant to be a mom," she said in an October episode of her "Hello Hunnay with Jeannie Mai".
