AceShowbiz - Erika Jayne seemingly has learned her lesson. "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star said in a new interview that while she's open to dating amid her divorce, she's opting out dating another lawyer.

Erika was leaving Bistro Jolie in Los Angeles over the weekend when she caught up with TMZ. When asked if she would ever date a lawyer like her estranged husband Tom Girardi again, the reality TV star paused for a moment. She then said, "That's a good question."

"Probably not," she said, before clarifying, "But then again I'll probably, I mean, I don't know… I may need free legal. Who knows?"

The 50-year-old star, however, was not planning to walk down the aisle again. "No, I will not. Never," so she said when asked if would ever remarry in the future.

Erika is seemingly fully enjoying her time. In a recent interview with Extra's Special Correspondent and former "RHOBH" co-star Teddi Mellencamp, Erika shared that "life is good" now. She went on to say, "Everything is turning in a positive direction."

Making it clear that she's looking for a new man, Erika cheekily encouraged men to send her a DM. "Slide into my DMs and you'll find out," so she said. The reality TV star also added that among those in her DMs was Jose Canseco.

Erika was previously said to be returning to the dating game. According to TMZ, the star has "already been on a handful of dates with different men." Confirming the rumors, she told the outlet what it takes to be her new man. Sharing that she's looking for a partner with both brains and money, she said at the time, "I think every girl, you know, likes a guy with money."

The Bravo personality, however, insisted, "I'm dating myself. I'm never not dating." Some of her potential suitors allegedly include Hollywood movers and shakers, while others have no involvement in the entertainment industry.
