The 'Jungle Rules' rapper has been hit with a lawsuit by a landscaper after the gardener was allegedly attacked by the star's dog during a visit back in 2019.

AceShowbiz - A gardener is suing rapper French Montana over an alleged dog attack.

The unnamed landscaper claims French's pooch "viciously attacked" him while he was walking around the property in Calabasas, California.

According to legal documents, obtained by The Blast, the man claims he was invited to the rapper's home back in 2019 and the dog was roaming freely.

The plaintiff states the musician and his team were "aware that the dog was outside of its cage, and carelessly and without regard to the safety and wellbeing of the invitees, allowed the dog, with known and foreseeable vicious propensities and physiognomies, to roam freely, uncaged and unsecured."

The lawsuit also suggests the rapper was well aware of the dog's character because he had been sued before.

The landscaper claims it was French's responsibility to keep the dog "under restraint" if any strangers were visiting his home.

He insists the rapper is "liable and responsible for (his) pain and suffering" due to "personal injuries and physical injuries."

French Montana was sued in 2017 and 2019 by a pool cleaner and a person working on his security system, respectively, due to alleged dog attacks.

The new plaintiff says he was aware the dog was kept on the grounds for the purpose of "guarding the premises" and that French "encouraged the dog's aggressive and vicious nature."
