AceShowbiz - Tyler, The Creator shows remorse to Selena Gomez over his past offensive tweets about the singer. Making use of his song "Manifesto", which is off his newly released album "Call Me If You Get Lost", the 30-year-old rapper publicly apologized to Selena.
"I was canceled before canceled was with Twitter fingers/ Protestin' outside my shows, I gave them the middle finger," so Tyler raps. "I was a teener, tweetin' Selena crazy s**t/ Didn't wanna offend her, apologize when I seen her/ Back when I was tryna f**k [Justin] Bieber."
Despite his apology, Internet users still came at him for his sexist tweets towards Selena. "Nah this was disturbing af & it's giving predator ..," one person noted. "Remember. They were underage. Hold him accountable like yall would anyone else. Sick!!" another user demanded. One fan also said, "That's pretty graphic and disgusting."
Tyler made such nasty tweets, which had been deleted, about the "Lose You to Love Me" singer over a decado ago. "Selena Gomez is now 18, so she can now legally take my d**k," one of his tweets read. In another post, which he made around the time when Selena started dating Justin Bieber, the "Igor" musician said that he wanted "to f**k Selena Gomez in her mouth."
He also wrote, "@SelenaGomez wanna lick my gooch?" The tweet made his account temporarily suspended.
Back in 2013, the rapper revealed during his appearance on Power 106 that Selena was "mean muggin" him when he was around Justin. “We don't really get along. She don't like me,” he said about the former Disney darling. "We don't like each other 'cause [I'm] kicking it with Justin [Bieber], like that's my homeboy. She always be mean muggin' me. Like why are you hating on me? We're just hanging out, we're trying to play Xbox."
