The former winner of the CBS reality show, who initially pleaded not guilty following his August 2019 arrest for the felony, is also sentenced to three days in jail.

AceShowbiz - Mike "Boogie" Malin was found guilty of stalking Dr. Will Kirby. The former "Big Brother" winner, who was arrested in August 2019 for the felony, was reportedly sentenced to two years probation after appearing in court in April this year.

The 50-year-old was also sentenced to three days in jail, according to Us Weekly. In addition, he was ordered to pay a total of $70 in fees, serve 30 days in a residential treatment program, complete 160 hours of community service and submit DNA for a database, per his plea arrangement.

Mike should also pay $300 in restitution to the court and to the victim "in an amount to be determined at a hearing." Additionally, he was instructed to cooperate with his probation officer for "mandatory supervision."

Upon hearing the court's decision, Dr. Will expressed his gratitude via his attorney Sam Ahmadpour. "On behalf of Dr. Kirby, we are grateful to the criminal justice system for holding Mr. Malin accountable for his actions," Sam said in a statement.

"The crime of stalking is often underreported. There is absolutely no shame in asking for help and reporting troubling behavior," the message continued to read. "Dr. Kirby respectfully asks for privacy for he and family at this time."

Mike and Dr. Will both participated in season 2 of "Big Brother", in which the latter took home the prize. The restaurateur himself became a winner on the show's season 7 as a returning "all-star."

Dr. Will filed a restraining order against Mike back in September 2019, which was granted. In his petition, the dermatologist explained that the two of them were supposed to go on another reality show, but he eventually couldn't participate. Since then, Mike started threatening him and his family and even sent the doctor photos of a gun pointed at pictures of his wife and daughter.
