After a video of the altercation involving her boyfriend and another man hit the web, the 'Ghost' singer goes on Instagram Live to share her side of the story and claim that the man put his hands on her first.

AceShowbiz - Dreezy has spoken up after his man was caught in an altercation with another guy during their trip to Mexico. After a video circulated online on Tuesday, June 1 showing the aftermath of the incident, the singer has defended her boyfriend Jacquees.
Going on Instagram Live later on the same day, the Chicago-born artist said the man that was body-slammed by her boyfriend put his hands on her first. "I'ma just clear it up real quick. [...] A grown man put his hands on me yesterday," she said in the video, which was seemingly still filmed in the tropical land.
"That man y'all seen on the floor punched me in my face yesterday over some stuff he had going on with Jacquees," she continued detailing. "They had their little altercation, I walked up to see what was going on, and I got swung on."
Not ashamed of Jacquees' action, Dreezy insisted, "Jacquees did what he had to do. He bodyslammed that n***a, kicked him in his face-- that's why he was on the floor. I didn't even get to touch the n***a. That's why y'all seen me get mad and throw my shoe because security was pulling me back, y'all know how it is when it's an altercation."
In the said video that hit the web, a man was seen lying down on the sand at the beach while security seemingly tried to get the situation under control. Dreezy, who was standing near the man, looked upset as she tried to hit the man with her shoe, but a security guard restrained her.
A person who took the video and uploaded it on Instagram tagged Jacquees on it. It seemed that the pair were enjoying lunch at restaurant Mango Deck in Cabo San Lucas when the fight erupted. It's unclear though what caused the argument between Jacquees and the man in the first place.
