Prosecutors agree to drop a second-degree murder charge against the 'Ink Master' star after he takes a plea deal following the death of Corey La Barrie in drunken car accident.

AceShowbiz - "Ink Master" star Daniel Silva has pleaded no contest to vehicular manslaughter with gross negligence in connection to the accident, which cost YouTuber Corey La Barrie his life.
As part of a plea deal, prosecutors have agreed to drop a second-degree murder charge, according to TMZ.
Silva was behind the wheel of a McLaren sports car when it crashed in May while he and La Barrie were out celebrating the tragic online personality's birthday. Corey died from his injuries.
He'll be sentenced next month (Aug20).
