Playing and homeschooling have proven to be a great challenge to these celebrity parents as they're stuck homes with their children, sparing them almost no alone time.

AceShowbiz - It's no secret that being in quarantine could be hard for some people. While many are treasuring the downtime as a moment to strengthen their bond with family members, not a few have been complaining about being stuck 24 hours at home with their kids.
Such thing also happens to celebrity moms and dads, who have been self-isolating with their little children. Having been used to be working parents, these actors, singers, models and reality TV stars find the challenge to full-time babysit is real after more than a month now.
Thus, to keep it real with others who have been dealing with the same situation, here are celebrities who have opened up about their struggles with parenting duties while in coronavirus lockdown.
1. Chrissy Teigen

Chrissy Teigen definitely needs a break from her kids. The model, who has in the past been honest about having help with her children, complained about not being able to do things alone while in home quarantine. "if u are thinking about having children, wonderful! but know u can't do s**t alone ever again ever," she captioned a snap of her daughter Luna playing with her dress while they're in the kitchen.
2. Hilary Duff

Hilary Duff's life in quarantine is like a roller-coaster. While saying that "most days are good," the "Younger" star admitted that other days she and her husband Matthew Koma feel "really low." She shared in an interview with Cosmopolitan, "I feel so burnt and so tired of my kids, you know? Kids are annoying, I'm not going to lie." Describing around-the-clock parenting as "so exhausting," the mother of two added, "They're funny and they make us laugh and they also frustrate the hell out of us."
3. Zoe Saldana

Zoe Saldana does love her three children, 5-year-old twins, Bowie and Cy, and 3-year-old Zen, but now that she's stuck at home with them and her husband Marco Perego, the "Avatar" star misses her work. While she's enjoying their time together, the 41-year-old actress said, "I swear I'm not feeling sorry for my husband and I, it's just that being stuck at home with these cubs makes me appreciate work!"
4. Shonda Rhimes

Having been homeschooling two of her three children, it didn't take a long time for Shonda Rhimes to realize that teachers should be appreciated more. The television producer/writer, who has made hundreds of millions from her successful shows, tweeted in mid-March, "Been homeschooling a 6-year old and 8-year old for one hour and 11 minutes. Teachers deserve to make a billion dollars a year. Or a week."
5. Lauren Conrad

Not only homeschooling, but also keeping children entertained without having to go outside of the house has been a real challenge for parents. Sharing her own struggles to play with her children at home, former reality TV star Lauren Conrad posted on Instagram just days into the quarantine, "Self isolation with tiny people is no joke. Only a few days in and we are quickly running out of activities," along with a photo of a fort that she and her family built together.
6. Halle Berry

Halle Berry can relate to Shonda Rhimes, but her experience might be a little worse. The "John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum" actress has just admitted in an interview with Entertainment Tonight that she's struggling to get her kids to focus on their schoolwork. "It's a nightmare for me. It's a nightmare," she whined. "This is like a wash of a semester; they're really just not learning anything and it's hard," she added of her kids, who have not adjusted to homeschooling.
7. Kim Kardashian

Much like Chrissy Teigen, Kim Kardashian knows exactly what it means to have some "me time" in a house with four kids. The reality TV star was forced to hide in a guest bathroom to film an at-home makeup tutorial video, but not without some interruptions from her eldest child, 6-year-old North. "I'm hiding in the guest room because my kids will not leave me alone," she admitted in the video. North, who could her mother from the other room, yelled, "Hey! That's mean!" prompting the 39-year-old to plead, "North, can I please just do my little tutorial? It's all I want to do, is one little fun thing for myself."
8. Jennifer Lopez

Having graduated from high school doesn't make Jennifer Lopez smarter than her children. The 50-year-old singer/dancer revealed in an episode of "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" that she's been stumped by her 12-year-old twins Emme and Max's schoolwork, their math lessons in particular. "Have you seen the math that they make the kids do now?" she asked. "It's a new math. It's crazy. And so half the time I'm like, 'Ok. Yes, let's look up that word. What does that mean?' It's been an experience for sure."
9. Drew Barrymore

Drew Barrymore said quarantine was all fine until homeschooling began. The "50 First Dates" star, who shares two daughters, Olive and Frankie, with her ex-husband Will Kopelman, said in an episode of "Today" that she's "cried every day, all day long" since she has to help her kids with their schoolwork. The actress explained much of the problem laid in the fact that there's no separation between her roles as "the teacher, the parent, the disciplinarian, the caretaker."
10. Gavin Rossdale

For Gavin Rossdale, the lockdown brings a new issue with his co-parenting with Gwen Stefani. The lead singer of rock band Bush, who shares three sons, Kingston, 13, Zuma, 11, and Apollo, 6, with his ex-wife, calls the situation a dilemma as the kids have to be traveling back and forth between Los Angeles, where he lives, and Oklahoma, when Gwen has been quarantining with her boyfriend Blake Shelton. "I think it's OK for now," he shared on SiriusXM's "Trunk Nation" about the arrangement, "but it's a real big dilemma for parents and kids with split custody."
11. Justin Timberlake

Justin Timberlake and his wife Jessica Biel have been quarantining with their five-year-old son Silas at their Montana home, but it's not as fun as it sounds. The "Cry Me a River" singer said on SiriusXM's "The Morning Mash Up", "We're mostly commiserating over the fact that just 24-hour parenting is just not human," explaining that his son needed a break from his parents as much as they needed one from him. While it's understandable that the struggle with parenting duties is not easy, the former NSYNC member has received backlash for his comments about being stuck at home with his son.
