The Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback has been slapped with a citation after he was spotted breaking into a park that is closed amid the coronavirus lockdown.

AceShowbiz - American football superstar Tom Brady was cited after he was spotted working out in a park that is closed due to the coronavirus pandemic

According to the Mayor of Tampa Bay, Jane Castor, the 42-year-old sportsman was seen by one of the park's staff members, after he broke into the closed Florida facility to exercise.

She said workers "saw an individual working out in one of our downtown parks. She went over to tell him it was closed, and it was Tom Brady."

"He has been cited," Castor added though it's not clear if he actually received a ticket.

Tom, who shares two kids with supermodel wife Gisele Bundchen, is isolating in the area amid the public health crisis after he recently signed with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Parks in Tampa were closed on April 17, 2020 and will remain shut through the end of the month.
