AceShowbiz - People should be free to romance whoever they want, but that unfortunately doesn't happen to Khalil Kain. Instead, the "Lush Life" actor received criticism for marrying artist Elise Lyon, who is a white woman. Khalil didn't stay silent and let himself be the subject of criticism though, as he hit back at the critics in a recent Instagram post.

In the now-deleted post, Khalil included a screenshot of the hater's comments that read, "But aren't you with a white woman? You don't care." The comment was a response to Khalil's post on the photo-sharing site that found him blasting President Donald Trump, "Donald Trump is a white supremacist. He is unqualified and unfit to be president. He's not a leader. And if he were not white, he never would have been elected."

The said hater also left several puking emojis underneath a post of them together and mocked her appearance, "She looks 60." Having had enough, he said, "This type of harassment always sucks. This is never a correct or acceptable way to express yourself."

Directly mentioning the online troll, Khalil reminded him/her, "You're a parent. ...Damn. If my personal choices offend you that is your business, not mine, or my significant other's or my family's. So for me and my loved ones to have to see your hateful concerns in my comment seems unjust and wrong."

Khalil also stressed that even though he's currently dating a white woman, he still loves his people so much. "I'm keeping it positive as is my way," so he said. "Usually I don't respond to this nonsense but today I was feeling great until I saw this bulls**t. I absolutely love my people. Always have always will. Can't wait until this hate passes away."

Khalil and Elise tied the knot in April 2011 after dating for a long time. They have two children together.
