AceShowbiz - Tekashi69's (6ix9ine) girlfriend Jade has broken her silence after the rapper was released from prison earlier this month. She took to her Instagram account to share a new video and make a surprising claim that the "FEFE" hitmaker was asked to snitch again by the feds, but this time it wasn't on Nine Trey Gangsta.
Captioning the April 9 clip, Jade wrote, "Yout King Is Back." She went on saying, "he don't want me to tell ya the reason they let em out because they want him to find out who started the Coronavirus and no he didn't rat guys he just spoke a lil ;-p."
However, it's the best to take it with a grain of salt since it's highly likely that Jade was just trolling around, just like what the rapper has been doing following his release. The rainbow-colored hair star made headlines in the past few days for joking about snitching on the photo-sharing site.
Most recently, he appeared to make fun of people calling him "rat" for being a government informant by updating his Instagram bio in which he asked a big question, "Why everybody callin me a snitch? I'm missin something...?" Additionally, he changed his Instagram profile picture to a cartoon depiction of himself sitting on a rat trap while smiling and eating cheese.
6ix9ine's online activities don't accord with what his attorney Dawn Florio recently said. Talking to TMZ, he claimed that the 23-year-old Brooklynite wouldn't troll or start a beef with other rappers because the federal government is monitoring him.
6ix9ine was released on Thursday, April 2 after his lawyer Lance Lazzaro filed a request to Judge Paul Engelmayer for his client's early release from jail out of fears of contracting the coronavirus in cell. Lance reasoned that the rapper's preexisting health issues could put him at high risk if he catches the disease. The lawyer noted the "BEBE" hitmaker has asthma, which has hospitalized him several times in the past. He also stated that 6ix9ine had bronchitis and sinusitis last October.
