The disgraced movie mogul suggested that the 'Morning Show' star 'should be killed' over reports that he sexually assaulted her during the production of 2005's movie 'Derailed'.

AceShowbiz - Harvey Weinstein had ill-wish for Jennifer Aniston following reports that she was one of his victims in the wake of the #MeToo movement. According to unsealed court documents, the former movie producer wanted the actress dead after learning that the National Enquirer was planning to publish an article about claims that he sexually assaulted her.

On October 31, 2017, after a number of women came up with allegations against Harvey, his spokeswoman forwarded him an email from the Enquirer. "Not sure if you saw this one. Jennifer Aniston," wrote Sallie Hofmeister, a senior executive at the powerhouse Sitrick public relations company.

In its email, the Enquirer said that "Jennifer confided to a friend that during the production of the 2005 movie 'Derailed' Weinstein sexually assaulted her by pressing up against her back in [sic] grabbing her buttocks."

The report would additionally include a claim that "through the years he [Harvey] would frequently stare at her cleavage/breast and move his mouth around making Jennifer uncomfortable." The publication went on giving a heads-up, "We also quote a source close to Jennifer who tells the Enquirer: 'Harvey was infatuated with Jennifer Aniston - He had a massive crush on her and constantly talked about how hot she was.' "

Also revealed in the court papers was Harvey's reaction to the claims. He wrote in reply to his spokesperson's email, "Jen Aniston should be killed."

The National Enquirer never published the report and a spokesperson for Jennifer says the stories are "false." His publicist Stephen Huvane says, "Jennifer has never been harassed or assaulted by Harvey Weinstein. He never got close enough to touch her and she has never been alone with him."

The "Friends" alum, however, once detailed Harvey's "piggish behavior" during the premiere dinner for "Derailed". "I remember I was sitting at the dinner table with Clive [Owen], and our producers and a friend of mine was sitting with me," she recalled. "And he literally came to the table and said to my friend: 'Get up!' And I was like, 'Oh my gosh.' And so my friend got up and moved and Harvey sat down. It was just such a level of gross entitlement and piggish behavior."

The court documents, which were previously sealed in Manhattan Supreme Court, were made public following Harvey's conviction in sexual assault case for incidents involving two separate women in New York. His sentencing is scheduled for Wednesday, March 11.
