AceShowbiz - Madonna declared she's "never been with a guy with a small d**k" as she returned to the stage in London for her Madame X Show on Wednesday, January 29.
The singer made her comeback after scrapping planned dates following doctors' orders to "rest," and wasted no time in shocking audiences with her banter between songs.
The 61-year-old "Like A Virgin" hitmaker brashly boasted about the size of her past lovers' anatomy, and professed she's "good on her knees" during raunchy banter with the audience at the London Palladium.
"What do you call a man with a small penis?" she asked. "The answer is, I wouldn't f**king know. I've never been with a guy with a small d**k. You know size matters, don't pretend that it doesn't!"
The "Medellin" hitmaker was previously married to director Guy Ritchie, 51, and actor Sean Penn, 59, and enjoyed relationships with Portuguese model Kevin Sampaio, 31, Hollywood legend Warren Beatty, 82, and rapper Vanilla Ice, 52.
Britain's The Sun newspaper also reported the star sat on a stool for a number of songs during her set, and explained, "Usually I kneel for about 20 minutes and that's fine. I'm good at it, so I've been told."
She later sipped beer from an audience member's cup and crudely remarked, "There you go, we have just shared STDs," and joked that she trawls gay dating app Grindr when she needs a new assistant.
On Thursday, the star reportedly arrived 90 minutes late onstage, cutting the first three songs from her set so as not to exceed the 11 P.M. curfew.
Madonna will perform a further 12 shows in London, before wrapping the jaunt with a 14-night residency at Le Grand Rex in Paris, France.
